GCM's music department spring trip will be to Orlando on April 13-17, 2018. Students will miss school on April 13 and 17 (April 16 is a student holiday), and will need to arrange with their teachers in advance to make up missed work. A student attendee of this trip four years ago loved it. But, this wonderful experience doesn't come cheap. Students' cost will be $850. A $200 nonrefundable deposit, plus this commitment form, was due October 27. The second payment of $200 was due December 1. The third payment of $200 was due January 19. The final payment of $250 is due Friday, February 16. These fees can be paid by placing a check made out to Marshall High School in the locked box in the band room, or on Charms.
Chaperones were notified by email from the band director on January 16. Chaperones' cost will be $425. If you were selected as a chaperone, your first payment of $200 (per chaperone) was due on January 19. Your final payment of $225 is due Friday, February 16.
